A talk by Pat Riehl
Date: Thursday June 17th
Time: 6 pm to 9 pm
Location: Thurston County Public Health and Social Services Department

Our guest speaker will be Pat Riehl from Vashon Island Victorian Fern Stumpery. Pat has been studying ferns and traveling to look at ferns for many years. Her modern creation is based on British Victorian design using upturned stumps as the bones for a garden. Pat will take us through the construction process-the planting of over one thousand ferns, including tree ferns, among over 150 stumps. Promises to be a great evening.
