Precursor: On Thursday October 14th, our A&E tour will take a personal tour of Ostrom's mushroom growing beds and processing plant located in Lacey. Ostrom’s produces over 13 million pounds of mushrooms each year. Each mushroom is hand picked and the varieties range from white to specialties, as well as dried and seasonal wild mushrooms.
